Medicare Now Pays for Weight Loss Medication

Under a new federal program, Medicare now covers Wegovy, Zepbound, and Foundayo for a flat cost of $50 a month for patients who qualify, now through December 2027.

Many doctors aren't familiar with the program yet.  Our team can handle the eligibility screening, paperwork, prescriptions and refills.

How it Works

Answer a few questions about your Medicare coverage and health. Our team reviews your answers and calls you to review what we find. If the program looks like a fit, we handle the prescription and file the Medicare paperwork for you. Your medication comes from your regular pharmacy.

The Support Medicare Expects, Built In

Medicare's rules say these medications must be prescribed alongside ongoing lifestyle changes, including nutrition and physical activity. Our program covers exactly that: you get physician-supervised care with coaching, body composition testing and progress tracking, all for $99 a month. Our plan plus medication comes to $149 a month all-in.

Who Qualifies

Medicare sets the criteria.  In general, you need Medicare drug coverage (Part D) plus a BMI of 35 or higher, or a BMI of 27 or higher combined with certain other health conditions like pre-diabetes, high blood pressure that's hard to control, kidney disease, or a previous heart attack or stroke. If you're not sure whether you qualify, take two minutes to complete our online screener and our team will review your situation.

If You Don't Qualify

Our program may still be an option without coverage: $99 a month for physician-supervised care, with medication options starting around $70 a month. Same care with no insurance required.
