If GLP-1 medication is right for you, the doctor will prescribe your medication. Treatment options start at $199.

Kickoff Appointment at Our Clinic

Your kickoff appointment is an in-person onboarding visit where we teach you how to safely use your medication, review your starting body composition, and set clear goals for your success. You'll also learn what to expect as your dose adjusts over time, how to manage side effects, and how we'll track your progress together using our app and ongoing support.

Choose Your Level of Support

You’ll choose the level of support that fits you best. Our Guided Program (with live coaching) is $149 per month and includes weekly content, interactive tools, assessments and guides, plus live coaching. Our Self-Guided Program is $59 per month and includes the same comprehensive content, tools and guides, but without live coaching.

This one-time fee includes a telehealth visit with our doctor to review your health and see if GLP-1 treatment is right for you, plus an in-person kickoff visit at our clinic. At your kickoff, you’ll pick up your medication, learn exactly how to take your injections, and leave with a personalized dosing plan. If you’re not a medical candidate for GLP-1 treatment after your consult, we refund the full amount.

Wegovy® (semaglutide)

Without insurance, Wegovy® ordered through NovoCare® Pharmacy is $199 per month for the first two months, then $349 per month thereafter. If your insurance covers weight loss medication, your out-of-pocket cost will depend on your insurance coverage and the pharmacy’s pricing.

Zepbound® (tirzepatide)

Without insurance, Zepbound® ordered through Lilly Direct® is $299/month for 2.5 mg, $399/month for 5 mg, and $499/month for 7.5 mg, 10 mg, 12.5 mg, and 15 mg. If your insurance covers weight loss medication, your out-of-pocket cost will depend on your insurance coverage and the pharmacy’s pricing.

Compounded Tirzepatide

For eligible patients, compounded tirzepatide may be available starting at $199 for a 4 week supply or $249 for a 6-8 week supply, depending on dose. We adjust your dose as needed to balance results and side effects. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, which means that they have not been evaluated for safety, effectiveness, or quality by the FDA.

Guided Program - $149/month

This option is for people who want more support and accountability. You get access to our full online program with weekly content, interactive tools, assessments, and guides, plus live coaching to help you apply everything to your real life and stay on track.

Self-Guided Program - $59/month

This option is for people who like to work more independently. You get the same comprehensive online program with weekly content, interactive tools, assessments, and guides, but without live coaching sessions.

Semaglutide

Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist that is commonly known by the brand names Wegovy for weight loss and Ozempic for type 2 diabetes. Semaglutide is taken as a weekly subcutaneous injection.

Tirzepatide

Tirzepatide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist and GIP (glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide) receptor. It is commonly known by the brand names Mounjaro for type 2 diabetes and Zepbound for weight loss.

Our Coaching Program

The Whole Health Reset is the coaching program that works alongside your GLP-1 treatment. Each week, you get short, plain-language lessons and clear action steps on the things that matter most for long-term health: daily movement, strength training, cardio fitness, whole-food eating, sleep, stress, and building better habits. The focus is on small, realistic changes you can keep doing, not a strict diet or punishing workout plan.

You’ll use our online tools to track progress, set goals, and reflect on what’s working, so you can see your wins beyond just the scale. If you choose the Guided Program, you also get live coaching to help you apply the material to your real life, troubleshoot obstacles, and stay accountable. If you choose the Self-Guided Program, you work through the same content and tools at your own pace, without live coaching sessions.

GLP-1 medications are powerful tools, and they need to be used safely.  At Reset Solutions, your treatment is overseen by a medical team that reviews your health history, watches your response over time, and adjusts your dose carefully.  We talk with you about side effects, lab work when needed, and how to use your medication in a way that supports your overall health, not just the number on the scale.

When commercially available medication isn't the best fit or isn't available, our physicians may send your prescription to a trusted compounding pharmacy.  Each of these pharmacies is tightly regulated, uses FDA registered suppliers, and has high levels of commitment to quality assurance and safety.

Mild side effects like nausea, constipation and diarrhea are common at the beginning and often improve with time and dose adjustments. We start at a low dose and increase slowly. If you have side effects, our team can offer strategies or medication to improve them.

Unlike an online-only telehealth option, we show you exactly how to do each step, watch you practice, and make sure you feel confident before you do it on your own at home.

The Guided Program is our option with live coaching. You get weekly content, tools, and assessments, plus regular coaching sessions where a coach helps you apply what you’re learning, problem-solve challenges, and stay on track.


The Self-Guided Program gives you the same content, tools, and assessments, but without live coaching sessions. You can go at your own pace and work through the material on your schedule.

No, there is no long-term contract. Your program is month-to-month. You can move between the Guided and Self-Guided Programs as your needs change, and you can pause or cancel your program before your next billing date.
Our program fees are paid directly to Reset Solutions. For brand-name medications filled at a retail or mail-order pharmacy, your out-of-pocket cost will depend on your insurance coverage and the pharmacy’s pricing. We’ll help you understand your options, but we can’t guarantee coverage.
Yes!  While we can't guarantee coverage under every plan, we will gladly accept FSA and HSA cards.
Your total monthly cost has two main parts: your program fee and your medication. Our Guided Program (with live coaching) is $149 per month, and our Self-Guided Program is $59 per month. Medication is billed separately: compounded semaglutide starts at $139 for about a two-month supply, and compounded tirzepatide starts at $249 for a six- to eight-week supply, depending on your dose. Brand-name options vary based on insurance and pharmacy pricing.
