Our doctor will review your health history and weight loss goals to determine if GLP-1 treatment is safe and appropriate for you.

Take our short online assessment to see if you're a likely candidate.
Everyone is different, but many patients notice changes in appetite within the first few weeks and weight loss over the first 1-2 months.  We focus on steady, sustainable progress, not crash weight loss.
Mild side effects like nausea, constipation and diarrhea are common at the beginning and often improve with time and dose adjustments. We start at a low dose and increase slowly. If you have side effects, our team can offer strategies or medication to improve them.
GLP-1 medications have been studied in large clinical trials and used safely by millions of patients when prescribed and monitored correctly. Like any medication, they have risks and side effects. Our job is to make sure they are appropriate for you, start low, go slow, and monitor you closely.

When we use compounded medications, we work only with reputable pharmacies that follow strict quality and safety standards and use FDA-registered suppliers.
If you stop GLP-1 treatment, your hunger signals can return toward where they were before. That’s why we pair medication with building healthier movement and eating habits, so you have more tools to maintain your progress if you and your doctor decide to stop or lower your dose in the future.

Yes, GLP-1 medications are taken as small injections under the skin, usually in the stomach or thigh. Most patients find that the needles are very thin and that the injections are quick and only mildly uncomfortable, if they feel them at all.

Unlike an online-only telehealth option, we show you exactly how to do each step, watch you practice, and make sure you feel confident before you do it on your own at home.

The Guided Program is our option with live coaching. You get weekly content, tools, and assessments, plus regular coaching sessions where a coach helps you apply what you’re learning, problem-solve challenges, and stay on track.

The Self-Guided Program gives you the same content, tools, and assessments, but without live coaching sessions. You can go at your own pace and work through the material on your schedule.
No. The medication often makes it easier to eat less and choose healthier foods, and we build from there. We’ll give you clear, simple guidance and small steps that focus on choosing real, healthful foods that nourish your body and make you feel good.

Yes, and we emphasize making healthful, nourishing food choices for improved wellbeing, not solely for weight loss.

In addition, GLP-1 medication helps you learn portion control by reducing your appetite, making it easier to adopt healthier eating habits for long term success.
No.  You do not need to do extreme or punishing workouts.  We focus on helping you move more in ways that fit your life and that support your long-term health.
Our focus is safe, supervised GLP-1 treatment paired with education and support, because that’s where we see the best results.

No, there is no long-term contract. Your program is month-to-month. You can move between the Guided and Self-Guided Programs as your needs change, and you can pause or cancel your program before your next billing date.
Our program fees are paid directly to Reset Solutions. For brand-name medications filled at a retail or mail-order pharmacy, your out-of-pocket cost will depend on your insurance coverage and the pharmacy’s pricing. We’ll help you understand your options, but we can’t guarantee coverage.
Yes!  We will gladly accept FSA and HSA cards.
Your total monthly cost has two main parts: your program fee and your medication. Our Guided Program (with live coaching) is $149 per month, and our Self-Guided Program is $59 per month. Medication is billed separately: compounded semaglutide starts at $139 for about a two-month supply, and compounded tirzepatide starts at $249 for a six- to eight-week supply, depending on your dose. Brand-name options vary based on insurance and pharmacy pricing.
